Becoming Part of our Family |

When you join St. John's Lutheran Church, you are making a commitment to the mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ. You become a member of a faith family in which each person is dedicated to mutual Christian support. You are encouraged to be a willing example of Christian living in all phases of your life. Thus, joining a Christian congregation begins with a decision that will include a commitment of time, energy, and resources.
Those considering first-time membership in The Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod are invited to attend a series of church membership classes. These classes are designed to teach or review Christian doctrine and the fundamentals of Lutheranism. If you would like to be a part of such a class, please
